Louise Clare Marshall’s accomplished singing career has seen her working with Beverley Knight, Michael Ball, Robbie Williams and John Rutter, to name but a few. Whether performing on tour with Jools Holland or Roxy Music, playing piano or performing with The BBC Big Band, Louise’s sonic skills span across all genres of music.
 
Louise will lead pupils of all ages from St Edmund’s and invited schools through a fun and inspirational gospel singing workshop in the glorious surrounding of the school Chapel; culminating in an informal short performance for all to enjoy, followed by refreshments in the Festival Marquee.

Ticket Price:  Free (booking essential) - please note that seating for this event is on the upstairs balcony with access via steep steps.  There is some seating on the ground floor for those with  limited mobility.

Leading saxophonist Derek Nash and vocalist Louise Clare Marshall, both successful solo artists and members of the Jools Holland Rhythm & Blues Band, are joined by the incredible vocals of Noel McCalla for an evening of music from the soul greats such as Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.
 
The St Edmund’s Big Band will open the programme followed by these amazing internationally renowned musicians.
