Pupils' Cabaret Night

As a part of the St Edmund’s Festival, the Pupil Cabaret, composed of 28 fantastic performances, was held on the evening of 29th June in the Marquee. This night of entertainment not only showcased the pupils’ wide array of musical talent, ranging from traditional folk songs to musical theatre to contemporary R&B, but also provided an opportunity for students who do not usually appear on stage to perform. Although much of the night focused on music, the audience also enjoyed several skillful dance performances. The night wouldn’t have been complete without our very own double act, Seb Coleman and Nic Yanni, who hosted the variety show with flair and had the audience in stitches with their playful banter. The atmosphere of the Pupil Cabaret was relaxed and supportive, but also quietly captivating – the sheer variety of talented performances truly celebrated the high quality of entertainment at St Edmund’s.
